Return & Refund Policy

Our return policy allows for returns within 15 days of receiving your item. To initiate a return, please submit your request within this timeframe.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, complete with original packaging. Additionally, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To begin a return process, please reach out to us at tinaswonderland@hotmail.com. Be aware that returned items must be shipped to the following address: ACS Courier, and ACS Cyprus Limassol Omonia.

Shipping Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Furthermore, any initial shipping costs, even if waived for the customer through a promotional offer of free shipping, will be subtracted from the refund total.
Exceptions to Shipping Charges Discount: A full refund, including any initial shipping fees, will be issued only if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to a mistake on our end.

Damages and problems
Upon receipt, please inspect your order and notify us immediately if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The quickest method to secure the item you desire is to initiate a return for the product you currently have, and after the return is processed, place a new order for the item you want.

In the European Union, consumers have a 'cooling-off period' of 14 days during which they can cancel a distance or off-premises contract without providing any reason or incurring any costs.
The product must be returned in the same condition as received: unused and original, unopened packaging. Additionally, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds
Once we receive and review your return, we will inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund. Should more than 15 working days pass since the approval of your return, kindly reach out to us at tinaswonderland@hotmail.com.

Discount for damages caused by the customer
If the customer has damaged a returned item and requires repair to be resold as refurbished, a deduction from the refund will be applied. The specific deduction amount will be assessed based on the item's condition and the degree of damage upon its return.
